This Privacy Policy explains how SCORE collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you:

use the SCORE mobile app;
play a match filmed by a SCORE camera at a partner venue, whether or not you use the app;
open, share, or view a SCORE match invitation link or a public SCORE match sheet on the web.

We call all of this the "Service." Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by PLAY SCORE INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, registered with the Division of Corporations of the Delaware Secretary of State under file number 10697591, whose registered office is at Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE 19801, United States ("SCORE," "we," "us," "our").

We are the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy, and, where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply, its controller.

2. Where we offer the Service

SCORE is offered in the United States. Our partner venues, our cameras, and our matches are in the United States, and we store and process personal information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you do so on your own initiative; section 19 explains how we handle that, and section 17 explains the rights that may still apply to you.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use facial recognition or any other biometric identification (section 4.3). We do not show your name to people you have not added, and we do not show any name on the public match sheet.

4. Information we collect

4.1 Information you give us

Account information: your full name, username, email address, and password, which we store only in hashed form and never in readable form. If you choose to continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier instead of a password; we never receive your Google password.
Player profile: your age, your height, your stronger foot, whether you play offensive, defensive, or goalkeeper, and the venues where you play.
Photos: the photos you upload to build your player identity.
